When Was That?

Effie M: Schooner, lost at Great Brook, near Old Perlican, Sept 19, 1907 in great storm all her crew , 16 men, being drowned; the following schooners were also  wrecked in the same gale – Jubilee, Evelyn. Harold T., Olive Branch and Snorr, at Bonavista;  Hetty at Harbour Grace;  Fanny at Grates Cove;  Ella Jane at Old Perlican;  Dutchess in Freshwater Bay;  Mary Ellen at Red Head Cove;  Lena, Mary Jane and Robert at La Scie;  29 Schooners were lost at Twillingate, 7 at Musgrave Harbour, 5 at Tickle Cove, 5 at Keels, 4 at Newtown, 4 at Eastern Tickle, 4 at Fogo, and over a dozen at various other places, making 90 wrecks in all.
